We take this opportunity to wish you and your family a very Happy Dussehra.You can login to Indyarocks to wish your friends and family members as always.However before doing so,we would like to update you about the new TRAI(TELECOM REGULATORY AUTHORITY OF INDIA) guidelines for sending sms from any online sms service in India. TRAI has categorized all the online sms messages as Transactional and Promotional with out providing an option for catagorization of personal messages.This made indyarocks sms service to fall under promotional messaging category. TRAI new SMS guidelines 1. SMS cannot be delivered to your friends who are on DND(do not disturb) registry. 2. TRAI new regulations wont allow us to send messages with your mobile number as sender,instead an opertor code will be displayed. 3. Users are not allowed to send SMS between 9PM to 9AM Due to the TRAI new SMS regulations, if you donot consider your sms usage on Indyarocks as promotional ,you can always write your feedback to TRAI at helpline@nccptrai.gov.in
